Fatal DUI collision in Folsom, Woman driver charged with Manslaughter

FOLSOM – Just after 2am on March 9th, a car sped down East Bidwell St and its driver lost control with five occupants inside. The silver Subaru Forester hit a light pole and flipped over.
Four of the occupants were taken to a hospital with moderate injuries. The front seat passenger, however, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 28-year-old male remains unnamed at this time.
E. Bidwell Street was closed for several hours from Oak avenue to Nesmith Court. 21-year-old Citrus Heights resident Alexis Little was the driver and was determined to be impaired.
Little was arrested and faces charges of DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
