Man forces ex-girlfriend into his car, drives away briefly, faces kidnapping charge

CALISTOGA – On April 12 around noon, 23-year-old Kyle David Gannon met up with his ex girlfriend, and then forced her into his car.

One witness reportedly attempted to block the car from driving away, in response to which Gannon caused a minor collision as he drove off.

Another witness called the Calistoga Police Department and soon thereafter the “couple” were located on Greenwood Avenue.

Gannon was arrested and charged with kidnapping. He was booked into Napa County Jail at 7:00 pm and, around midnight, was released.
