The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office was granted a search warrant for a home in the 22700 block of Road 60 in the city of Tulare on April 30th, which resulted in one arrest.
During their search, detectives found rifles, illegal high-capacity magazines, 9 grams of heroin, and 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine. Some of the meth had been packaged in individual baggies.
Detectives also discovered that a truck and motorcycle found on the property were stolen.
In one of the bedrooms, a 4-year old was found sleeping. The nightstand in the room where the 4-year old was found contained a magazine and ammunition.
A loaded magazine was found in the closet of the room where the child was sleeping and in the connecting bathroom, detectives found meth.
Their suspect, 45-year old Robert Ramirez, has prior convictions and was on bail at the time of this arrest. He is charged with possession of heroin for sale, possession of meth for sale, possession of stolen property, “felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a high-capacity magazine, child endangerment and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance.”
He was booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility of which he bonded out on May 2nd.
