COLUSA – The Colusa Police Department tried to stop a vehicle in the area of Webster and 10th Streets during the night of Wednesday May 8th. After failing to yield to the officers, the vehicle proceeded to eastbound Main Street at over 80 miles per hour.
Near the Colusa VFW Hall the driver of the vehicle hit a Colusa PD patrol car head-on.
If that wasn’t enough, the driver then “tried” to flee on foot. 25-year-old Nickolas Roberto Rojas did not last long running, and was arrested “on various charges related to fleeing and resisting arrest.”
Dating back to September 11, 2013, Rojas is on record for at least six other arrests
