OCEANO DUNES – A shooting occurred at the Oceano Dunes around midnight on May 5th. During the incident a total of six people were injured and later taken to the hospital for treatment.
Detectives with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation and started collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses. Soon, they identified their suspect and subsequently arrested 19-year-old Francisco Orozcoo on charges of attempted murder.
Five out of the six victims sustained gunshot wounds, however all six victims have now been treated and released from the hospital.
