CLEARLAKE – On the morning Friday May 17th, a “suspicious vehicle” sat in the parking lot of McDonalds in the 1500 block of Dam Road in the city of Clearlake. An officer spotted the suspicious vehicle and made contact with its occupant, 48-year-old Matthew Redmon .
During the encounter with the officer, Redmon was found to be in possession of a pound and a half of methamphetamine and two ounces of heroin. He also had $2,300 in cash and a Taser.
Redmon was placed under arrest and booked at the Lake County Jail. He faces “numerous felony and misdemeanor charges, including possessing controlled substances for sale.”
