GRASS VALLEY – On June 12th Jeremy Sulley was arrested for sales and transportation of methamphetamine, heroin, and Oxycodone. He also had a loaded handgun and other weapons in his possession at the time.
His arrest was preceded by the writing and serving of search warrants. The Grass Valley Police Department estimates that the amount of drugs that Sulley possessed was enough to put 2,000 people under the influence.
In addition, officers confiscated cash, scales and packaging materials.
After his initial booking into the Nevada County Jail, Sulley was held on a $250,000 bail enhancement. However, two days later he was “released on his own recognizance.” without having to post any bail.
