GRASS VALLEY – On June 28, the Grass Valley Police arrested a young woman on warrants and drug possession charges.
23-year-old Rachel Medlin was spotted in a parking lot allegedly participating in a drug deal. She was arrested for heroin possession, paraphernalia, and outstanding arrest warrants.
As she was being taken to jail, she informed officers of “her brief cameo” on the Netflix show Jailbirds. She even identified “the specific episode and the time stamp of her appearance.”
The NVPD adds, “Hopefully she turns her back on that life soon. At 23, she has every capability of finding things to really be proud of.”
