COLUSA – At the Jackpot Market on July 16 at 10:30, officers with the Colusa Police Department tried to make a traffic stop on a white Honda.
The Honda did not stop, and a brief chase ensued, ending at the 100 block of Main Street.
The driver Richard Britt and passenger Diane Vail were both taken into custody.
Britt was “booked into jail for several felony warrants, evading, driving without a license and several drug charges.”
For her part, Vail was booked for several drug charges.
