ROCKLIN — Sexual assault charges have been filed against a man accused of attacking a woman in the early morning hours of July 31st.
36-year-old Brandon Michael Maberry is charged with forcible rape, penetration by a foreign object, and assault with intent to commit rape.
He is also charged with stalking and multiple counts of first-degree burglary.
He remains in custody in Butte County. If convicted as charged, he faces a potential 25 years to life in prison.
