West Sacramento couple arrested on drug trafficking charges

WEST SACRAMENTO — Yolo County Special Investigators have arrested a West Sacramento couple on drug trafficking charges.

The investigators served a search warrant in the 1000 block of West Capital Avenue and subsequently seized approximately 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine and 0.5 pounds of black tar heroin.

The two have a combined estimated street value of $12,000.

Two individuals, identified as Antonio Garcia (57) and Maria Garcia (54) both of West Sacramento, were arrested and booked on drug trafficking and distribution charges.
