MODESTO — A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection to the shooting death of 29-year-old James Seth Brackett.
Brackett was shot at a Rosina Avenue residence on August 30th and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
On September 5th, detectives arrested 24-year-old Sergio Rodriguez as the primary suspect. Further details have been released at this time.
