GLENDALE – On September 15th a middleweight boxer got into a verbal argument with his wife.
The words soon enough led to actions for the 5’11” 175-pound Vanes Martirosyan.
Things took a physical turn when the suspect allegedly head-butted his wife in her face.
The wife fled the scene and law enforcement entered the residence. The wife had a bruise on her arm and obvious damage to her nose.
The wife declined medical help, but a report was taken and the next day Martirosyan was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence.
The head-butter’s bail was set at $50,000 and he was out that same day. His professional record is 36-4.
