Sex offender who skipped parole in New York, Caught in San Diego

SAN DIEGO – 57-year-old Dale Dulac had been sentenced to 25 years in prison for multiple sex crimes in New York state. His crimes included two convictions for rape in the 1990’s.
Dulac was out on parole, and on September 20th he fled from Niagara Falls, NY. Information was discovered that determined that indicated Dulac was in California, specifically in San Marcos, and deputies began a search for him.
An initial search was conducted at an apartment complex on Northstar Way, however he was not located at that time.
On October 5th Dulac was eventually peacefully arrested in the 1500 block of Imperial Avenue.
