Two Gang Members, One Juvenile Arrested in Connection with Clovis Burglary

CLOVIS – A triggered alarm at Liquor Max called Clovis Police to 497 North Clovis Avenue at 4 AM on October 30th.
Officers attempted to stop a suspicious vehicle in the area whose driver ignored signals to pull over and headed eastbound on Highway 168 instead.
Clovis Police called California Highway Patrol and Fresno County Sheriffs’ Office for back up and the vehicle, along with three suspects were soon apprehended near Highway 168 and Rock Hill Road.
It is believed a fourth suspect was involved, who at this time has not yet been located.
Two of the suspects are 31-year old Ronnie Davison and 26-year old Angel Hurtado. The Fresno men are verified gang members.
Both were booked into Fresno County Jail. Davison was booked for attempted second degree burglary, conspiring to commit second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, and participating in a gang.
His bail is set at $66,000. Hurtado was booked for attempted second degree burglary, conspiring to commit second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, participating in a gang, person prohibited from possessing a firearm shall not possess ammunition, and evading a peace officer. His bail is set at $299,500.
The third suspect is a 17-year old juvenile who was transported to Fresno County Juvenile Hall and could be charged with attempted burglary and conspiracy.
