Child custody battle gets violent when father makes a scene at courthouse
FULTON COUNTY, GA. — Kevin McCall Jr., who’s currently embroiled in a child custody battle with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille, has landed himself in hot water after making a scene at the courthouse this past Tuesday, November 5th.
What was supposed to be a routine hearing reportedly escalated to McCall challenging a cop who told him to stop streaming on Instagram while inside the courthouse, according to TMZ.
TMZ also shared video of said IG story, which shows McCall growing belligerent and telling the officer to take off his badge and fight.
Additional officers responded and attempted to detain him. At some point, McCall and a sergeant took a tumble down an escalator.
McCall was soon booked on five charges including obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and assault.
