BERMUDA DUNES – During a 3PM State Parole compliance check on November 6th, a vehicle search revealed a loaded .45 caliber Colt 1911 handgun. Gang Task Force Officers responded on-scene to the 79000 block of Country Club Drive.
The Task Force Investigators “determined the handgun belonged to Catie Jeffcoat (18) of Twentynine Palms,” said Sergeant Paul Heredia. The teen parolee was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm – File Number: GE193100001
“Jeffcoat was arrested for possession of a concealed firearm within a vehicle” said Sgt. Heredia, “and transported to the Indio Jail where she was booked.”
