Folsom PD: Nurse arrested on suspicion of sexual contact with rehab patient

On Friday, Nov 8th, 2019, Detectives from the Folsom Police Department obtained an arrest warrant, and served it by arresting Gregory Harms, 61, of Sacramento. Harms is accused of sexual conduct with a patient at a rehab medical facility where he was employed as a nurse in January. The arrest is the result of a lengthy investigation, which uncovered a prior victim. Harms was booked into the Sacramento County Jail. No additional information is available at this time.
