The City of Palo Alto reports the following on an indecent exposure incident –
Palo Alto, CA – “Police arrested a man for indecent exposure after he exposed himself to another male in a parking garage.
On Monday, November 4, 2019 at around 6:44 p.m., our 24-hour dispatch center received a report of an indecent exposure that had just occurred in the 300 block of Pasteur Drive. The victim, an adult male in his thirties, reported a male suspect had approached him in a parking garage and asked for a sex act while he held and exposed his genitals. The victim called police.
Officers responded and saw the suspect running westbound on Pasteur Drive. Police called for him to stop and he did. Police detained the suspect who then gave officers a false name. During a search of the suspect, drugs were found in his pants pockets.
Police arrested and booked 34-year-old Ximena Noly, a person with no permanent residential address, into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for indecent exposure, giving false information to police, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine (all misdemeanors). Officers also booked Noly on an outstanding warrant out of Santa Clara for resisting arrest and giving false information to police. He is currently on probation out of San Francisco County for burglary. A booking photo of the suspect is attached to this news release.
