Man arrested in felony battery case in Tracy

21-year-old Neil Alexander MacDonald has been arrested on suspicion of felony battery in connection to an alleged incident at El Pescadero Park in Tracy earlier this month.

At around 4:30 PM on Sunday, November 10, a man later identified MacDonald is accused of approaching the victim and attacking him in full view of witnesses.

Police have yet to comment on a possible motive.

MacDonald was located and arrested on Tuesday, November 19th.
