The Tracy Police Department issued a request for the public’s assistance in locating witnesses to a battery incident that occurred in early November. It appears that request was fulfilled as the following statement was released via their official Facebook page.
“Tracy Police officers need your help in identifying any witnesses to a felony battery incident that occurred at El Pescadero Park.
On 11/10/19 at approximately 4:30pm the victim was approached by an unknown male who began attacking him.
The victim stated that there were witnesses to the attack and that they could possibly identify the suspect.

On 11/19/19 Neil MacDonald was arrested for the felony battery that occurred at El Pescadero Park.”
