Monterey County finds three registered sex offenders out of compliance

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement team has found three registered sex offenders to be out of compliance during a routine compliance check.
They are identified as 21-year-old Matthew Isiah Diaz of Greenfield, 31-year-old Miguel Angel Morales Mendez of Greenfield, and 31-year-old Amalia Soto of Castroville.
