A 25-year-old man from San Diego has been arrested in Rancho Cucamonga for sending sexually explicit messages to a 13-year-old boy and attempting to meet the teen for sex.
The suspect is Justin Juda Moshe. Authorities were first informed about Moshe’s actions toward the 13-year-old male when the victim’s parents reported them on November 30th. The parents told police that their son and Moshe had been exchanging numerous sexually explicit messages on several different social media apps. The underage teen eventually revealed his true age to Moshe, but the suspect was not at all deterred.
On November 3rd, Rancho Cucamonga police detectives conducted a sting operation by posing as the victim while communicating with Moshe. “Moshe continued to have a sexually explicit conversation with the detectives, and ultimately agreed to drive 110 miles from San Diego to Rancho Cucamonga to meet the victim for sex,” according to the release. “Moshe wanted to be snuck into the victim’s residence to engage in sexual acts in his bedroom.”
Moshe arrived, bringing with him “sexually related items he was going to use during the encounter with the victim.” He was arrested by police and booked into West Valley Detention Center. According to the release, he later posted bail.
Detectives believe that Moshe has engaged in sexually explicit communication and relationships with other underage males. He is regularly in the cities of Sherman Oaks, San Diego, and Rancho Cucamonga. His booking photo has been included here.
