“While you’ve been shopping for the holiday,
Nicolas Chouinard was looking at items to take away.
He saw something enticing & didn’t hesitate,
unbeknownst to him he stole CHPD bait!
Police approached & in a very short time,
Officers arrested him for his felony crime.
If you’re thinking about stealing, seriously take our advice:
In Citrus Heights, you better think twice!
