A man has been detained in Mexicali, Mexico, in connection to a September 2019 homicide in Tracy, California.
Law enforcement officials caught up with 21-year-old Enrique Guillen-Valles on Friday, December 6th. The homicide occurred on September 21, 2019.
Guillen-Valles, a US citizen, has been returned to the country and booked at the Imperial County Jail on suspicion of homicide, pending extradition to Tracy.
