The Citrus Heights Police Department again relates the story of someone taking bait items.
“Where’s the bait!? While in the area of Auburn Blvd and Antelope Road, Mr. Mitchell McWright, who is a resident of Sacramento, found it!
Unfortunately for him, he stole bait belonging to the Citrus Heights Police Department and was arrested by our patrol officers.
Mr. McWright is on two dockets of probation for failing to register as a sex offender and possession of narcotics.
He has prior arrests for failure to register as a sex offender, burglary, possession of burglary tools, grand theft, possession of stolen property, vandalism, indecent exposure, violation of probation, and narcotics-related charges, just to name a few.
