“Where’s the bait!? While in the area of Greenback Lane and Birdcage Street, Mr. Jacob Timberlake, who is a resident of Sacramento, found it! Unfortunately for him, he stole bait belonging to the Citrus Heights Police Department and was arrested by our patrol officers.
Mr. Timberlake has numerous previous arrests and is on four dockets of probation for grand theft, felony evading a peace officer, possession of stolen property, resisting arrest, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, possession of controlled substances, and fraud, just to name a few. Once again, we are glad we caught him stealing from us and not one of our citizens!”
