Lincoln PD issues press release on men caught with drugs in stolen vehicle

“At about 12:47 AM on January 27th, a Lincoln Police Officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. The vehicle was found to have been stolen but not yet reported.
The driver, 20-year-old Nicholaus Riggins, of Roseville was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and for two felony Placer County warrants (reckless evading and possession of drugs in jail). He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and was arrested for those charges as well. He was booked at the South Placer Jail.
The passenger, 31-year-old Christopher Riggins of Wheatland was found to be in possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and released on citation.”
