After a week-log investigation, law enforcement in Wasco served a search warrant and successfully discovered assorted narcotics. Here is the story released on the Kern county Sheriff’s Departments official Facebook Page –
“On 1/28/2020, deputies assigned to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Wasco City Substation, served a narcotics search warrant on the 1100 block of D. Street, in the City of Wasco. The warrant was the culmination of a week-long narcotics related investigation.
The investigation led to the seizure of approximately 65 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, 340 grams of marijuana, a loaded .25 caliber semi-automatic handgun, and indicia of narcotics sales, including scales and packaging.
The homeowner, 55-year-old Justino Luis Hernandez was arrested for possession of narcotics for sales, possession of a firearm while selling narcotics, possession of marijuana for sales, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, and keeping a residence for the purpose of narcotics sales.
27-year-old, Vivianna Rodríguez, who was detained at the residence, was arrested for an unrelated misdemeanor warrant. Both Hernandez and Rodriguez were booked into the Kern County Jail.”
