52-year old Xin Hua Cai of Fresno was arrested on January 30, 2020 at the conclusion of a human trafficking and prostitution investigation.
The Clovis Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team started the investigation earlier in the month when illegal activity was reported at multiple massage parlors within the city of Clovis.
During the investigation, detectives discovered Cai was connected with the massage parlors and involved in organizing some of the illegal activity.
Cai was booked at the Fresno County Jail on one count of pimping.
He remains in custody as of the time of this writing.
