SPD News: 60 Citations Issued, 6 Vehicles Towed, 1 Gun Arrest

The Stockton Police Department released a report about the results of a concentrated operation on their streets on their official Facebook page –
“The San Joaquin County Sideshow Task Force conducted a Sideshow Mission last night in the City of Stockton. There were 116 traffic stops, 60 citations, 6 vehicles towed, 18 vehicle inspections, 6 state referee referrals, and 4 arrests including the following gun arrest:
Weapon Arrest (February 15, 2020 @9:50pm) 9400 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers made a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle. The driver was evaluated for driving under the influence and a loaded handgun was found in the vehicle. Arrested was Gerardo Torres, 40, for a weapons charge and driving under the influence.
