Nurse assistant at care center arrested for sexual battery, elder abuse

The Monterey Police Department reported that a nurse assistant at a care center was recently arrested for two charges on their Official Facebook Page –
“On February 29, 2020, at approximately 1107 p.m., Monterey Police Officers were dispatched to the Cypress Ridge Care Center, located at 1501 Skyline Drive in Monterey, for a report of a sexual battery against a patient.
Monterey Officers contacted and arrested the suspect, Nurse Assistant Kelven Ferolino, 38 years old, of Gonzales for violation of Penal Code 243.4(b)PC – Sexual Battery and 368(B)(1)PC – Elder Abuse.
He was transported to the Monterey County Jail and his bail was set at $30,000.
