SACRAMENTO – 67-year-old Thomas Rossow is the head cross country coach at Elk Grove High School.
On February 19 he was booked into the Sacrmaento County Jail on a charge “related to inappropriate contact with a female under 18.”
Since then the coach has been “released from custody.”
The 30-year-employee of the school is “no longer employed there.”
