The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announced an arrest in connection with a homicide that occurred five months ago –
“Homicide detectives arrested 29-year-old Marquese Fields (see attached photo) in the shooting death of 23 year-old Frank O’Neil near the intersection of Bogey Court and Par Parkway in South Sacramento on October 6, 2019. Fields was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.
No further details are available at this time. The relationship between the suspect and victim is still under investigation.”
