Merced Police have arrested a chiropractor accused of sexual assault during an appointment in February.
A woman told police she’d gone to her appointment with 46-year-old Jaimal Sangha at his office on the 500 block of West 25th Street on February 25th. She told police that, while she was there, Sangha touched her inappropriately several times.
Further investigation revealed that similar allegations had been made against him in the past.
After an interview, during which he denied the allegations, Sangha was arrested and booked on multiple charges related to sexual assault.
