Just a few hours later, in the early hours of April 3, a 2 round ShotSpotter alert from 31 E. Saginaw Way came in to the Central District.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 47-year-old Ruben Sanchez suffering from two gunshot wounds in his upper body.
