“On [March 31, 2020, at 9:35 PM], Petaluma PD officers responded to a report of a suspect threatening a neighbor with two Samurai swords.
The first officer on scene engaged the suspect verbally and convinced him to drop the swords. Suspect [Justin E.] Link was taken into custody.
After completing an investigation, it was determined that no one was threatened by Suspect Link.
Suspect Link was determined to be on probation and in a backpack, he possessed was a laptop computer determined to have been stolen out of Marin County.
Suspect Link was arrested for violation of probation and possession of stolen property. He was transported to the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility. ”
