On the night of April 16 the Kings County Sheriff’s Office, while on a domestic violence call, saw 35-year-old Rocco Miller driving nearby.

Miller was involved in the investigation, and did not yield for an attempted traffic stop.

The suspect accelerated to over 100 m.p.h at times as he tried to get away from the law. He blew trough stop signs and red lights.

For four miles Miller evaded authorities, until he crashed into a large sign – the Tractor Supply Store’s sign.

That didn’t stop him yet. Miller then got out of the car and ran away for a while.

K9 Dash had other plans, and soon Miller was arrested, and first taken to Adventist Medical Center for injuries he sustained under Dash’s watch.

Miller was booked into Kings County Jail for spousal abuse, evading, resisting arrest and hit and run.

His bail is $40,000.
