“On April 30th, 2020, North POP deputies followed up on a complaint regarding short stay traffic at a residence in North Highlands.
Deputies contacted the resident, who was on probation for drugs, and two additional subjects in the house. A probation search of the residence revealed a firearm and items associated with drug sales.
Once a search warrant was obtained and a thorough search was performed, it was determined the firearm was loaded and unregistered. Deputies also found numerous loaded magazines, additional ammunition, items associated with drug sales, nearly $7,000 in cash, approximately 4-½ pounds of methamphetamine and approximately 2 pounds of heroin.
These items, located in the room of one of the additional subjects, were seized and the subject, a convicted felon, was arrested and booked into the Main Jail.”
