Following up on a tip, members of the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at a Fresno home on Friday, May 8, 2020.
What they found at the house, located on the 11000 block of Glen Castle Way, were dozens of pornographic images of children stored on numerous cameras and electronic storage devices.
The resident, 57-year old Todd Mumma had affixed in his home’s bedrooms and bathrooms hidden cameras allowing him unauthorized recording of his family members and visitors in the nude. The Task Force’s K9 Jack, was instrumental in finding the hidden cameras as he is specially trained to detect electronic devices.
The investigation continued to Mumma’s business, Select Business Systems on the 7500 block of North Del Mar Avenue in Fresno. A device that contained a hidden camera was found in Mumma’s office but no hidden cameras were found installed at the workplace
Mumma was arrested and booked at the Fresno County Jail for manufacturing child pornography and a misdemeanor of peeping. He has since been released from custody after posting bond on his $40,000 bail.
