Criminal on-the-go Office-Supply Run – Pilferers Arrested for Grand-Theft Thievery

CHINO HILLS – A well-stocked array of burglar’s at-the-ready supplies are a must, should an opportunity for pilfering arise. The supply chain for these crucial tools and beverages can be a problem, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Two crooks gathering their wares were seen in action in the wee hours of the morning on 05/13/2020. SBSD – Chino Hills PD received a 4:00 AM call from a witness observing a duo stealing a ladder from a construction zone.
Deputies arrived on-scene at the site on the 13000 block of Le Parc Boulevard. “Chino Hills Deputies located the suspects and discovered they were in possession of the stolen ladder along with a stolen coffee machine and burglary tools,” said Deputy J. Drayer.
The red-handed pilferering suspects were ID’d as Jason Mayhall (44), of Corona. and Javier Salcido (48), of Corona. “The coffee machine was discovered to have been stolen from a vehicle parked in the Rolling Ridge Apartment complex located at 13439 Peyton Drive in Chino Hills,” said Deputy Drayer.
The well-supplied duo was arrested for Grand Theft and Conspiracy, and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
