Historical Rape of a Minor by Intoxication Garners Arrest of a Police Officer

RANCHO CUCAMONGA – The Crimes Against Children Detail Detectives were enlisted by Fontana Police Department on June 2, 2020, for an historical investigation into the suspected rape of a minor. Intoxication was involved with an anonymous 16-year-old female.
The male suspect, ID’d as Nicholas Shawn Stark, was currently employed by FPD, and was arrested for the alleged crime which occurred prior to his employment as a police officer. The 28-year-old Fontana resident was ID’d by Detectives, and arrested for PC 261(a)(3) Rape of a Minor by Intoxication at the conclusion of the investigation.
Stark was booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with bail set at $250,00.00.
