California, Georgia authorities join forces in homicide investigation

“Homicide detectives, with the assistance of the Atlanta Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, made the following arrests on charges related to this investigation:
27-year-old Cleveland Joseph Pratt of Sacramento, CA (see attached photo); 23-year-old Lafonjaney Moultrie of Sacramento, CA (see attached photo); 32-year-old Bertrand Embrous Keeton of Pittsburg, CA (see attached photo); 33-year-old Michael Timothy Smith of Oakland, CA (see attached photo) and 27-year-old Isaiah Stephan Louis of Atlanta, GA (see attached photo).
The motive in this case is unclear and no further information is available.

Shortly before midnight on Friday, February 28, 2020, the Sheriff’s Communication Center received a call from a hotel in the 5300 block of Date Avenue in Sacramento County. The caller stated someone at that location had been shot.
