“Today around 9:18am, Officers were sent to the area of Maplegate Court after several callers reported hearing the sound of gunfire.
Officers responded to the area and after some investigating determined that Pargat Singh, a 41 year old Fairfield resident had been firing a handgun in his backyard.
Mr. Singh cooperated with Officers on scene and was safely taken into custody. Mr. Singh was booked at Solano County Jail for illegally discharging a firearm with negligence and his gun was taken as evidence.
This is another great example of our police commUNITY relationship helping to keep our  neighborhoods safe.”
