Report: Paraphernalia found in vehicle of man wanted on four warrants

“Just after eleven a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, a Placer County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop in the city of Lincoln.
The vehicle was traveling southbound on Industrial Avenue from Twelve Bridges Drive. The deputy pulled the vehicle over and contacted the driver and passenger.
The deputy discovered the passenger, 44-year old Chia Saechao of Sacramento, had one felony warrant and three misdemeanor warrants, for more than $200,000 out of Placer County. D
uring a search of the vehicle, the deputy also found two methamphetamine pipes which belonged to Saechao.
Saechao was subsequently arrested and booked into the South Placer Jail. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to his four warrants. Saechao has since posted bail.”
