Illegally modified gun, paraphernalia, narcotics found during traffic stop in Vallejo

“Yesterday, Deputy Pena was patrolling the southern side of Vallejo enjoying the nice weather. While cruising on Lemon Street, Deputy Pena noticed a car with a vehicle violation. Subsequently, he stopped the vehicle and approached the people inside: 31-year-old Samuel Figueroa of San Rafael, 31-year-old Conrad Moreno of Myers Flat, and 36-year-old Adam Harris of Santa Rosa. Ultimately, Deputy Pena decided to search the vehicle and good thing he did. During a search of the car, deputies discovered a .40 caliber firearm with an extended magazine, ammunition, drug paraphrenia, suspected heroin, and suspected methamphetamine.
Figueroa, Moreno, and Harris were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm, felons in possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with altered identification numbers, and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle. Figueroa and Moreno were arrested for other drug-related charges.”
