“During the last 60 days, the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division concentrated their efforts on gang members, drug dealers and car thieves throughout the county.
During these investigations, dozens of arrests were made. Detectives seized over 2.5 pounds of methamphetamine, 1 pound of heroin, a large amount of money, over 100 illegally possessed firearms and over 40 stolen vehicles.”
