“On August 8th 2020, the Merced Police Department Gang Violence Suppression Unit served a search warrant in the 3300 block of Virginia Ave in the City of Atwater. During the search, officers located 2 semi-automatic firearms, ammunition and crystal methamphetamine. Stephens has a criminal history, making it illegal for him to possess firearms and ammunition. Stephens was arrested for weapons and narcotics offenses. Officer Odom was the lead investigator for the operation.
