The Dixon Police Department arrested two people on a list of charges following a fight at the park —
“On 08/11/2020 Dixon Police officers were dispatched to a physical fight at Northwest Park. The reporting party stated a male and female left the park in a silver SUV after brandishing a firearm.
Dixon officer’s located the silver SUV in the 1000 block of Justin Way. A high-risk stop was conducted, and Dustin Fisher (28), of Dixon, and Hailey Riley (19), of Woodland, were safely removed from the vehicle.
Dixon Police officers and a Solano County K9 unit conducted a search of each person, the vehicle, and the residence of Fisher. Officers found over 100g of methamphetamine along with a Billy Club. At the scene of the fight, a scale was located. A search of the residence was also conducted, and drug paraphernalia was found. No firearm was located.
Fisher was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail for the following charges:
242 PC – Battery
11377 HS – Possession of a controlled substance
11364(A) HS- Possession of drug paraphernalia
22210 PC – Possession of a Billy Club
11378 HS- Possession of a controlled substance for sale
3056 PC- Parole Violation
12022.1(b)- Commit a crime while on bail
Riley was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail for the following charges:
242 PC – Battery
11377 HS – Possession of a controlled substance”
