Child molestation investigation leads to arrest of Roseville man

“On August 16th Lincoln Police Detectives arrested 32-year-old Vernon Bailey of Roseville following a child molestation investigation over the past few months.
An arrest warrant was issued on Friday charging him with two counts of committing a lewd or lascivious act upon or with a victim who is under the age of 14 and one count of oral copulation with a victim who is 10 years of age or younger.
He was booked at the South Placer Jail where his bail was $1.3 million (as per the arrest warrant).”
